How long does shipping take for Essentials Apparel?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For heavy-duty workwear orders, please allow an additional 2 days for processing and quality inspection.
What is your return policy for workwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. Please note that safety gear and custom-embroidered apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to order?
Our workwear is designed for a 'Performance Fit' to allow for movement. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page to compare your measurements.
Are your work pants flame-resistant?
Only specific items labeled 'FR' in our Professional Series meet flame-resistant safety standards. Please check the product specifications for individual safety certifications.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate teams?

What payment methods do you accept?
